A study highlights the insufficient implementation of internal communication strategies in their business, despite knowing its benefits.
A survey by Foromarketing shows that the majority of companies surveyed considered communication internally and privilege of large corporations.
47% Of the respondents pointed out that internal communication in your business is limited to a very basic form of direct dialogue between employee and superior.
However there are many channels to promote, most of them new technologies driving them. The most used are the email (20.23%) meetings (19%), intranet (14%) and internal newsletter and social networking and forums, both with 10%.
Only 19% of respondents believe that corporations are aware of its benefits, but when it comes to indicate the specific benefits is denoted a significant lack of knowledge.
19% Believed that the main benefit is the creation of a culture of enterprise, and 18% awarded to internal communication the strength to build a climate of confidence and motivation. Only 5% considered that it is useful in cases of crisis management.
