The essence lies in not putting barriers of any kind.Anyone who wants to go on a daily basis to the Office, you can do it. You won't have that objections will not pass in a month.

"The vast majority choose a hybrid system," says Gomez.

For employees who have worked today from the central Madrid square, flexibility means freedom and productivity. Silicon News explained "the good vibes" that exists between them due to this method of work. "You can go to find the kids to school and getting in the best way," indicates one of them.

To the question of whether so much freedom can become against of the company in terms of productivity, the head of HR is emphatic. "They do not abuse because they appreciate it," he says.

The secret, says, is not radicalize positions. "Flexible working is part of our corporate culture," he concludes.
